Brakes Plus

Came into Brakes Plus for a free brake inspection because I thought I heard squeaking. My advisor, Steven, got my car on the hoist quickly and told me everything looked fine, gave me quotes, but advised everything was in the safe operating range and said come back in 17,000 miles. I was very impressed and quite pleased I didn't incur a big brake job expense. Thank you Steven for your integrity and honest evaluation. Pleasantly surprised, Kevin Morgan

The General Manager, Steven Garcia at Brakes Plus in Rowlett TX is AWESOME!! My car is so old and I really need so much done to it but Steven really really helped me out. He even left the shop and drove to another location and picked up a part I was missing on my car! WHAT?? Who does that for their customers? Steven does. This man is the best and I highly recommend brakes plus in Rowlett TX!!

These guys are the real deal. Very nice and detailed about what kind of work they are doing. Very knowledgeable. I actually spoke to a few of the people and Steven Garcia the general manager was really nice to me. Thanks guys for fixing my car for me and checking the car for any problems. Thanks again. If I lived in Rowlett I would let them do all my business on my vehicle.

I recently stopped in for an oil change, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, Jeremy was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. The service itself is fast, thorough, and done with care. I appreciate the great service at a fair price. Highly recommend!
